What can I say about Joss and the team apart from they are fantastic! They sold our house for full asking price in a couple of weeks of listing and were on top of the sale all the way through to completion keeping us informed all the way. We did have a few issues in the chain but they managed these with professionalism and kept us in the loop at all times. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Seymours Haslemere to anyone. Finding a property to rent at a difficult time when many landlords who usually rent out are selling and prices are skyrocketing, I found the process unbelievably stressful. Some agents were downright rude, others treated us like numbers. Zara from Seymours in Haslemere has been fantastic. She was incredibly polite, friendly, understanding, accommodating, authentic, and professional. She also had the patience of a saint dealing with a lot of back-and-forth that we needed. She was truly wonderful and so helpful during a very stressful time.

We recently bought our first home through Seymours Haslemere and dealt with Nathan. We bought from Seymour’s and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They are friendly, efficient and knowledgable about the local area. They were always on the ball and knew what was going on with our purchase at any given time even if another member of the team answered the phone. We were buying from an elderly lady whose husband had built the property and their family had lived in it for 60 years. It was a big move for the family and we loved how Seymour’s were so respectful to them. Genuinely lovely people. Paige of Seymour’s Haslemere managed the sale of our four bed house in Haslemere. From the initial viewing with the person who eventually bought the property to completion. Paige has tremendous inter personal skills and all parties involved in the sale felt the same, including the buyer and both sets of solicitors. Her marketing style is very caring and sensitive to a buyer’s needs - not a hard sell. We doubt if we would have completed on the target date without Paige’s tenacity to liaise between solicitors to get things done. In a world of emails she does not hesitate picking up the phone. Jacob was our point of call from day one and was professional & friendly, super helpful and just lovely all round. Everything that could have been a bit stressful was dealt with efficiently and with ease making the whole process a breeze for us. Our situation was a little unique but Jacob was happy to accommodate needs and did so brilliantly which we are very grateful for. I have nothing but praise for Joss, Louis and the team at Seymours. I had to sell a property on behalf of my elderly father and do not live locally myself. From the first meeting with Joss at the property on one of my visits to the area, he was on time, professional, friendly and not pushy as he understood the delicate situation. He gave me comparison properties that had sold and were for sale and advised me on the asking price. All viewings were accompanied to avoid adding any further stress to my father and once we reached a sale, Louis kept me in the loop at all times ensuring that everything went through smoothly. He even went above and beyond in my eyes and took photos of the meter readings on completion day because I couldn't be there to do it! If you’re undecided which estate agent to choose, look no further than Seymour’s, Haslemere. We were immediately impressed when we met Louis at our property. Punctual, most friendly, and forearmed with experience gained from similar properties sold by Seymour’s which instilled our confidence in him immediately. An extensive knowledge of the local and surrounding areas. We were convinced our property would most likely go to auction but Louis was keen they could secure a sale for us. Genuinely impressed with the level of service and support offered by Seymours during my short term rental, from the first contact & viewing through to assisting in arranging the with landlord in arranging an early end of tenancy and re-marketing to facilitate this. During the rental any request for assistance or any property related issue was dealt with quickly and with the minimum of fuss by whatever member of staff we spoke to. This was our first ever rental and after hearing so many horror stories regarding short term rentals and dubious agencies we were expecting everything to be so much more difficult. Overall it was a pleasure to deal with all of the staff at this location and in Particular Jacob Boorah who was our main/immediate contact. I can recommend Seymours, Haslemere without reservation.
