Myself and my wife had the pleasure of dealing with Mr Coates during the purchase of our new home in Harwich, throughout the whole process David was so helpful answering any question that we had and putting us at ease to the point that we were confident to leave him in charge enabling us to concentrate on more important things like what colour to paint the living room. I would highly recommend William H Brown to anyone and if we ever move again ( which I certainly don’t plan to ) David would be the first person I would go to.

I found William H Brown a highly professional company, Daniel was exceptional, as prior to signing up with William H Brown, I'd had a particularly bad experience with a tenant and was very wary of letting the house out again. Knowing this, Daniel was sympathetic but also gave me confidence that I could go forward and successfully let the house. Daniel was so professional, the house tenanted within a couple of weeks, he kept me informed every step of the way, I had full faith in him. Thank you Daniel!! I would highly recommend this company.

Unfortunately through no fault of the agents, three sales fell through but Michelle was absolutely superb in getting new viewings arranged within hours of buyers pulling out. She really knows the local market, her housing stock and her applicant database and doesn’t waste time getting unsuitable viewers round just to get her viewing numbers up. I would highly recommend Michelle particularly as she builds a great rapport with you and even though she must have lots of clients, she makes you feel extremely valued.

We looked at a few properties through the Harwich branch but unfortunately we brought through another agent, however we used the mortgage adviser through WHBrown and found Nick excellent, he got our mortgage offer out very quickly and was very helpful with all our questions. We would definitely use him again in the future. We dealt with Michelle a lot who actually put our offer forward for us via the other agent. We found Michelle very efficient and friendly and actually was in touch with us on her day off. We would definitely recommend WHBrown Harwich and will 100% use them again in the future.
