GoogleI have no hesitation in recommending Louise and her team at the Hartlepool Branch.They have extensive knowledge in the local housing market whether it be sales or lettings.Nothing is too much trouble for them and I have always found them to be very professional in their approach, and friendly when I've dealt with them .

GoogleOriginal 1star review was for Castledene lettings and their appalling way of treating tenants Now changed to 3 star as Holbrook seem to actually get stuff done and push landlords to do repairs. Back to 1 star as nothing seems to have changed as I'm forced to live in a house with mould in several rooms, flooring that hadn't been put down properly and is dangerous, and a front door with a loose frame.

GoogleAt first they were very helpful. I viewed a property in Wynyard and liked it. Told them I wanted to apply and the girl took details and said the application dept would contact me. I had been warned that they were slow by the tenant who showed me round. Went on holiday and emailed them again. 10 days after saying I wanted it they told me somebody else had filed an application on the 19th. I had said I wanted to proceed a full five days before then. Very disappointing and inefficient I found. Unfortunately par for the course in this current market. RESPONSE to Response from Owner: I telephoned and spoke to a helpful employee. I did check all my emails and even loaded up my laptop, as I am on holiday. No email was received in any of my inboxes. My spam folder is empty. On the 16th I received many emails but none from yourselves or a signup company. I should accept some responsibility as I did not chase this up. Lesson for future interactions with estate agents. Thank you.

GoogleI would not recommend anybody going with this group of unprofessional people , they dont respond to problems then say they have . I lost half my deposit because i did the house up i was living in to a far better standard than i got it in . The house was filthy and rats was present i had a cannibis farm in the loft which they never removed when told but told me they have . In there eyes ignorance is bliss , there liers and they use cowboys for builders . They said the house was looking better than when i moved in but still took half my deposit because of colour of a few walls . without any confirmation i handed in my notice and handed keys back. I wasnt aloud to even change colour back due to incompetence. They can keep the money just so i dont have to carry on dealing with them . DO NOT GO WITH THESE
