GoogleThe end to end service from Winkworth starting from arranging the viewing till handling over the keys and paperwork was flawless and hasslefree. I was looking for a property in Harrow and fortunately found with help of Winkworth's help. Extra credit to Rickyn for following up and helping to reduce the lead time to move in. I would definitely recommend Winkworth for real estate related services.

GoogleI wish I could rate this in negative. One of the worst letting agent I have seen. We had rented 1 bed flat and horrible time staying there and had to file case to get our deposit back. You wonβt get a single response unless you chase 10 times. Very manipulative, cheater, charges are very high. They donβt even do the reference check but still charge Β£150. Be careful with this agent. Be careful with katarina and Kamal (you donβt deserve to be in any profession, cheater)

GoogleAbsolutely disgusted with the service from this company. No exceptions within the team either. Had to chase, chase and chase more. The information was normally incorrect and late. We were extremely late informed of the lack of payment from our tenants and this was only the start in extreme bad management of our apartment. Considering the cost of the management contract, they did absolutely NOTHING We then asked them to sell the property and it took them 1 year to do nothing. Wish we had gone to another agent much earlier. I CERTAINLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENT.

GoogleTerrible experience with the Winkworth Harrow letting agent, I was having issue in the flat. Despite of continuous followups for more than 3 months nothing was fixed. They were not at all responsive. At the end of tenancy I had to literally fight to get my deposit back. Very unreasonable deductions from my deposit was imposed on me. After series of emails and pointing their unfair actions the deduction claim were reduce to less than half which was imposed earlier.

GoogleI was in the area, I saw few flats from online offers and they were disaster and people very strange. Standard of those flats was horrible. I was going resignated to the bus stop and I saw agency office I went and I was served by Ms Marta Ardeli. She was very profesional and staright away showed me few oferts. They showed me straigt away few flats in really good standard. Next day Ms Marta called and we spoke and the same day I came to sign all documents. I am very happy in my new flat . I can recommand this agency to everyone , very good customer service.

GoogleVery unhappy with the staff and the management team. Very irresponsible and forgetful and misleading. Not happy at all and wouldnβt recommend them at all. Instead of taking the stress from you they would add to it. Didnβt need unnecessary headache or trouble and false hope at all.

GoogleAfter one stressful month, tons of calls and houses that we've seen and none that I could choose, I have found Ana Maria Bondea. She was kind, very polite and ready to answer to any question I had and she was working with Winkworth Harrow. In one week I was able to move into the house I was looking for. I'm very thankful that I've found them. I would definitely recommend her and the agency she's working for.

GoogleGreat experience and services! My agent was Marta. She is very helpful and professional. Answered all my questions and help me with the process. I met Katarina when I wanted to sign the contract. She explained all the contract points and answered my questions. I had to change the move date on a short notice..
