GoogleMy mother sold her house through Wilson Hawkins. Due to her poor health at the time, I took over for her. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with both Stuart and Jason. Extremely professional in the way they go about their business and very personable to deal with. They genuinely cared about my mums situation and put her 1st. You don’t see that very often these days… I would like to thank them for everything and to highly recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent in the area.

It has been a difficult case as it took us almost a year since our offer was accepted until we completed. Stuart and Jason have kindly supported us through tithe process and followed up the case carefully . GoogleAs a first time buyer, I was venturing into new territory with my purchase. I have to say Stuart at Wilson Hawkins really was a huge help throughout the process. He made time for multiple viewings, with no fuss and once we agreed, was really in my corner. He even held true when investors came knocking with increased offers post-agreement, which is something I've been stung by in the past. Throughout the process, my (numerous) calls and enquiries have always been answered with empathy, consideration and determination to provide me with the desired end goal. I really felt I had someone in my corner throughout the process and in my albeit limited experience, that is rare in the property world. Many, many thanks to Stuart and Wilson Hawkins.

Jason and Stuart on the sales side are extremely knowledgeable on their respected fields and have many years of experience. They are transparent and above all get the job on hand done. GoogleA big No. Wilson Hawkins (WH) have been property managers for my flat in Hounslow, since 2014. And ever since then the service have been so pathetic, the properties have gone really low on valuation. There are problems with security (flimsy doors and repairs), lifts (Lifts are non-operational for atleast 3 months in an year), non-working lift emergency phone, unexplained accounts, no solution for fly-tipping, rubbish clearance, hiding/misleading information about day to day management.
Wilson Hawkins Sales and Lettings do not manage blocks. You really need to make sure you are communicating with the correct company before making wild accusations. Lettings do not mange any property in Hounslow I will ask for google to take this slanderous review down.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
