GoogleGreat thanks to Stuart at Wilson-Hawkins for his help when my parents bought a retirement flat. The management company were dragging their heels and Stuart made sure one way or other my solicitors had what the needed to help the sale go through. I would totally recommend Stuart and his team they were very professional and were in contact with me all the way.

Jason and Stuart did a fantastic job, securing a good offer, and then repeating the job when higher rates forced the initial buyer to pull out. GoogleWe purchased a Property through Wilson Hawkins that spanned November 2022 to May 2023. Jason was our agent. We were incredibly happy with his commitment to ensuring the deal got over the line. Jason updated us daily on the progression throughout and went above and beyond hand collecting and delivering documents at the last stage of the process to ensure that we completed before our mortgage expired. GoogleHappy with our buying experience via Wilson Hawkins. Our enquiry via Zoopla was picked up the next day by Stuart, the first viewing arranged conveniently on a Saturday with Denise (who was absolutely fabulous and got us hooked on the area), the offer negotiation was smooth with Jason, and then Stuart was supporting the rest of the process. It took quite a long time in the end and exchange was a bit hectic, but it is not the agent's fault (long chain), and whenever we needed anything, Stuart got back very quickly.

GoogleWe chose Wilson Hawkins to sell my mother in laws house having lived on the hill for many years and always considered them to be the agent that knows the hill the best. My mother in law suffers from Dementia so I had to handle her house sale on her behalf. Stuart and Jason were so helpful through the whole process, they were kind and considerate in their dealings with my mother in law whilst she lived in the house, and then when she moved out they were extremely helpful. They handled all issues related to an empty house even down to taking meter readings on the date of completion. The sale itself was not without some minor issues and Stuart and Jason both kept things moving and made sure all issues were resolved. I am extremely grateful for their help and would highly reccomend them to others.

GoogleThey have been an absolute nightmare!! Everyone in the letting department have been lying to us and they are rude. Their communication is so poor that I ended up going to see them face to face a few times because they dont respond to emails. They have also been witholding our deposit for no reason. If I could give them a 0 star I would.
Dear Pamo we can't return your deposit until the Landlord agrees with the deductions. We have 30 days to do so, it hasn't been 30 days yet which my colleague explained to you last week. Please feel free to call the office to discuss the matter further.
