This review is based on the fantastic service that was provided by Stuart! We purchased our family home from Wilson Hawkins in December 2024 and even though they were the seller’s Stuart gave us so much guidance and support. Stuart’s knowledge and experience with the property process was so valuable as it enabled us to learn and understand so much. With his help we were able to get through the process and move into our home before Christmas even with uncontrollable issues. I have worked with agents before but I have to say Stuart is one of the best. Happy with our buying experience via Wilson Hawkins. Our enquiry via Zoopla was picked up the next day by Stuart, the first viewing arranged conveniently on a Saturday with Denise (who was absolutely fabulous and got us hooked on the area), the offer negotiation was smooth with Jason, and then Stuart was supporting the rest of the process. It took quite a long time in the end and exchange was a bit hectic, but it is not the agent's fault (long chain), and whenever we needed anything, Stuart got back very quickly.

Stuart was amazing throughout our process to purchase a retirement property. He assisted us at every stage from initial viewing, offer stage and most importantly in the process to get from offer accepted to completion. We had many hiccups along the way which Stuart was always willing to help us resolve and to chase the lawyers from three sides. Prior to finding this place, we did work with other estate agents and did notice how they were just interested in getting a sale agreed regardless and not assisting thereafter.
