I did have a problem with the delivery and not sure what happened but the supplier sent a replacement without question so all positive. The cartridge is now installed and working at a great price.

Ordered a pack of cartridges, 1 color did not print properly. Got in touch with the chat service, the problem was resolved with a lot of help for me. Having a replacement sent. Very efficient service, will definately order again.
