I would like to thank Maple Estate &Letting Agent Ltd. They helped me to get the formalities done very quickly, as I was really in need, the Maneger and the staff are excellent they try to help the way they can if any one is interested in buying and renting the property, I decided to rent from Maple agency because my sister also rents from Maple and she says they attend very quickly if there are any maintenance issues they get it sorted out as soon as possible. Highly recommend - 5 STAR! Avi, Sumit and their colleagues were very professional. They listened to my requirements and gave excellent suggestions of properties to let in the area. Maple Estate was attentive and responded to communication quickly via email and phone. I would highly recommend them for their excellent service, quick response and great communication during the week and weekends. They made my family feel welcome when meeting in person and we’re able to fit viewings in immediately after signing up. From start to finish, it took under 1 week to find the best property that met my requirements. They were exceptional and really helped the whole process along. Thank you for helping us find our new home. It is a easy commute to work and my daughters school.

I took a property from Maple, the staff is amazing, very helpful and ready to show each property from them website just to make sure you are comfortable with them. Patricia is new agent but she was so nice with us and she tried to make sure we have all the documents for our file and her reply was very quick for each email.

We had the pleasure of buying our first home with Avi. From the moment we viewed he was the most helpful and supportive. He guided us, knowing we were first time buyers and helped us through every step. He made the process seamless and fought our corner through every hiccup. We cannot thank him enough and we are so glad we had someone like him to be a part of our next adventure.

We were able to move into our new rental within a week of the viewing. Once the landlord accepted our offer (Tuesday), Avi facilitated a smooth processing of our documents, and we were able to move in on Saturday. Nothing was missed and we have proper documentation of the state of the property. We hope this is a preview of the future of our relationship with Maple Estate which is already looking better compared to our previous letting agent.
