Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and bringing this matter to our attention. We have thoroughly investigated your grievance by reviewing our call logs, messages, and speaking with the team member you interacted with. Here’s what we found:
You had inquired about the possibility of renting a room, and while my colleague noted your availability for a viewing, the viewing time and date were not confirmed with you. As a result, when you arrived at the property based on your availability, the existing tenant had not been informed, nor was a member of our team present to conduct the viewing.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the wasted trip. Our standard procedure is to confirm viewings via text message, update our team calendar, and notify the tenant in advance. Unfortunately, since the viewing was not confirmed, this process was not followed, and for that, we are truly sorry.
