Leah, one of the agent who helped me and went an extra mile for me to get the accommodation with ease.. She was approachable, she gave me all the details and requirements I need in order to get the let. It was a smooth transaction. She is an amazing asset to the company. The house is nice like a deluxe room hostel. It has nespresso machine, microwave and a small fridge. Television and laundry is included and we have our own toilet too, room is spacious and it has a huge window. The kitchen is really huge with 2 sink and 2 set of gas hub with 4 burners each. We also have our allocated cupboards and spaces in the fridge. Laundry is perfect since it has washer and dryer. And i love the view from my window. The staff is also responsive when it comes to our concerns, you will feel they care for our comfort. The only issue is the sound proofing of the flooring, because we can hear the top and bottom floor when someone is talking loud. But nonetheless, I recomment this agency because they offer nice lettings and reasonable price for a couple but a bit expensive for just single occupancy.

The move-in process was straightforward, but once you actually need support the agency is nowhere to be found. I reported that my shower wasn’t working over a week ago, basic necessity, not a luxury, and I’ve had no response at all despite following up. A week without a functioning shower is unacceptable, and the total silence from the office shows how little they care once you’ve signed. I would strongly recommend avoiding this agency.

Do not trust this agency. They will take all your personal information and then disappear. They sell a lie about waiting for landlords response and then start ignoring your messages. We will be filing a formal complaint about this company as we believe they are using people’s details for ulterior reasons as for no reason should they require NI number for initial application before approval.
