Bitcoin is valuable and no one will give you for free. Bitcoin doesn't mine overnight although many people claim that, but it's not possible, otherwise they wouldn't be placing ads on Facebook for people to come mine with them so the best you can do for yourself is to invest with an accepted and financially secured bitcoin investment company that would grant you success & get your future secured. Sold flat through Kam Singara of Infinity Valuation - Spot on Fees - Competitive Sale - Agreed within 24 hours within pocket change of upper valuation Selling Process - Not without its challenges, particularly down to delays from COVID and then the spike in demand from stamp duty discount. This ultimately is where Infinity (and in particular Kam S) proved why it is highly rated above and beyond the competition in the area: - On the end of the phone at all times of day - Able to quickly follow through instructions and coordinate missing pieces - Check in on every milestone making sure everything is in place and clearly communicated along the chain - Going above and beyond what is required to meet deadlines (including hand delivering contracts to the solicitors) I have been a difficult customer throughout the process, and I am convinced the chain would have fallen down had this been in the hands of any other agent. If I had one bit of advice/feedback from this experience; it would be that Infinity need to branch out and go national! The bar has been raised and they would truly set new standards for the industry!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I choose Infinity Property after conducting a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort),and how they promote their listings. Infinity Property stood out as the best investment in my AREA and their organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on their site easily), their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. We spoke with Kamlesh Singara and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of information & evidence . Kam made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other don’t, but should do,like having a professional videographer. Kam was absolutely fantastic in the sale of our property. Very open and honest about how to best market our home and bring out the key sellling points to help us sell our beloved home. Infinity Property team visited my home and were extremely organised & thorough and made sure we understood everything . When we saw our listing we were blown away. Their hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing. The second buyer that saw the property put in an offer. Our house was snapped up pretty quickly. I would highly recommend INFINITY PROPERTIES .PositiveProfessionalism

Our assigned agent, Kam Singara was super awesome. Friendly and approachable as well as professional and knowledgeable. Right from the start, prompt with responses, always at hand to offer any advice, he always kept us updated regularly and handled the entire process, right from the initial enquiry to completion with utmost professionalism. I would like to say a huge thank you to Kamlesh Padhra Director of Infinity Property Solutions, for giving me an expert advice on how to evict a tenant from my property. I had a tenant residing at my property for over 8 years and this tenant was introduced to me by another agent, that agent completed the tenancy agreement incorrectly and therefore it became a huge obstacle to evict the tenant. With the expert advice from Infinity Property Solutions, I have managed to evict the tenant and re-let my property with Infinity Property Solutions without any hassle. I would highly recommend Infinity Property Solutions for all your property needs.

Have been dealing with IPS since 2008 as they have been managing my property. I have found them to be very professional and helpful in resolving any issues we have had. Shashi, Kevin and Bhavin deal and handle all situations and take the stress out of managing the property. Satish and Shashi were also very good in finding us new tenants that matched out requirements. Being a local AGENT they know the market very well and I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.
