I am particularly satisfied of the commitment of Haart's team to deal quickly and effectively with any problems that my tenants have. A recent example involved using voice mail, text and e-mail to ensure maintenance issue work was quickly authorised and then following through to the use of approved contractors to get the job done.
In addition, the property management director facilitated the renewal of the property's tenancy renewal within an hour from first contact to the completed agreement and supporting documentation arriving in my in-box, with speedy, professional and friendly service throughout the process. Excellent!
