GoogleFantastic service around from the team at haart. We are not ready to sell just yet, but I was highly impressed with the efficiency of the sales team right from the initial call. Ifraaz conducted an appraisal, which we were very grateful for. He took the time to explain and measure our property, so that he could give us the most accurate valuation and really took our needs into consideration. He was very friendly and approachable, and explained the whole process in great detail. All the other agents were done within 15 mins. We are looking forward to marketing our home with Ifraz.

GoogleQuite the worst experience I have ever had from any business. For over a year, the agent Yasser, has provided almost no service or feedback and has generally ignored emails and calls. After 2 failed sales I have learnt that for 3 months I have been lied to regarding a purchaser progressing a sale when in fact they did not even apply for a mortgage and no one checked. Worse still, Yasser lied to me, advising me he was liaising with the mortgage broker to provide information. I understand he has left the company now and since then the representative Zake has also continued to ignore emails. I requested two weeks ago 3 times since to delist and remove my adverts, and they are still online. VERY POOR SERVICE.....

GoogleI rented a flat through Haart Harrow for the past 4 years, and while the rental process went well, problems occurred when the tenancy ended 27 days ago. To date I have not received the deposit of over £2000 back, even though there is no dispute in place and the landlord of the property has requested that Haart return the deposit to me in full. I have now been left in a situation where I have had to raise an official dispute with Tenancy Deposit Scheme ( TDS) in order to get my deposit returned, this unfortunately will be a slow process, and could easily have been avoided if Haart were properly organised, with better trained staff. I would not recommend this company.
