Brilliant!! Being a property developer I have dealt with many agents over the years however haart are by far one of the very best. Their customer service is fantastic, I dealt with the branch manager Maxine and also Daisie who are both very friendly and knowledgable. They know the property market inside out in Harrow and the surrounding areas. If you are thinking of buying a property, they are the ones for the job, give them a shout! Highly recommended to all.

I was very impressed by the professional and very helpful services by Kane at Haart, who supported me through the rental process with valuable advice and guidance all the way to the finalisation of my contract. I could not have asked for a more professional and better service in such an important time for me when I was looking for a room-to-rent. KIA....Agent of the YEAR!!!!! Ive ben dealing with Kia for the search for my residential property. My view of agents has TOTALLY changed since meeting her as she is very warm, friendly, professional and pro-active in her ways of working. She took the extra time to fully understand my family's requirements before sowing us properties which meant we were able to view every property she showed us saving tonn's of time! She also was on time everywhere at the appointments and always polite / respectful at viewings. She is knowledgeable with property information and always quick with a response allowing us to make decisions about the property fast...again speeding up our process. I registered my details with Daisie Naughton as I am looking to buy my first property in the Harrow / Stanmore area. She asked me everything to do with what I am looking for and was very welcoming when answering the phone and she actually took time to talk to me about my search and plans that I have. I haven’t yet found a property, however I am sure Daisie will go out of her way to find me my first property to get me on the ladder. Highly recommend.

I called three agents to book in three valuations for my property that I am thinking of selling due to my children’s school commitments later this year. Haart was one of the agent I called due to them being well known and the rating they had when I searched on google, I booked the valuation over the phone with Daisie, from that moment I knew that when I do sell my house it will be through haart. Then I met with the branch manager, Maxine who covered everything from start to finish throughout the valuation and answered all my questions that I had about moving. When I have got my plans sorted, I will sure to give them a call.

One word, brilliant! Myself and my parents learnt that not all estate agents are the same after they marketed and sold their house with haart. They were extremely helpful from the day the viewings kicked off to the day of completion. We was kept updated throughout the whole thing which was all stress free due to Maxine the branch manager taking it step by step with my parents. I would also like to mention Daisie who was also a great help throughout the sale, very friendly and knowledgeable. If any family or friends are thinking of selling, I will be sending them to haart. Brilliant.

I am dissatisfied with this agency - their management are very poor, responses aren’t prompt, communications not consistent, many complaints left unaddressed, tenancy contract are not updated in due time, causing conflicts between tenants and landlords. Phone calls are often ignored, unable to reach the agents on the phone, they’re always either in meetings or out for lunch. Reception or other agents promised to call back on the same day but never happened, not tomorrow or day after. Had to call and call again but often promised to be called back but same thing happened as before. Agents doesn’t perform their duties with due diligence, let alone attend for tenants’ best interests and wellbeing. Avoidable issues happened due to the agents’ negligence and multiple chasing attempts made but only met with frustrations. No accountability whatsoever. I am super dissatisfied with how this agency perform their business and this sentiments are shared by previous tenants and property owners too. If you are looking to have your property managed by haart, or tenants looking to rent, I strongly suggest to avoid this agency and look somewhere else.

They made me feel so welcome when I popped into the office to book in a valuation for my Fathers property, which was a probate valuation (free of charge) this is early stages for us, however they both completely understood that I am in no rush and took time to talk to me and value the property when they came round. I want to share our recent great experience trying to sell our family home. We had dealt with haart before when we had to buy our first home 2 years ago and it was the natural choice for us to use them again. I'm so glad we did! We had another faultless experience. From the lovely photos Ifraz took of our home to the open house where we received an incredible offer over and above our expectations.
