I’m really impressed with Callum’s help in renting out my property. He was so friendly and professional from start to finish, kept me updated at every step, and made the whole process easy. Callum went above and beyond to guide me through everything that needed to be done, including organising the necessary licences and safety certificates, which made things so much less stressful. He also arranged lots of viewings and found great tenants who were the perfect fit for the property. I couldn’t have asked for better service, Callum handled everything efficiently and with real attention to detail. I used Davidson Frost-Wellings to sell my apartment in canons park after being let down by competitors foxtons and other local estate agents. Hugh and Ben were amazing at handling the sale and providing consistent updates throughout the selling process especially as the sale took a bit longer than expected to go through. Hugh especially went out of his way to make sure all parties were updated and kept at ease through the sale, (even outside normal office hours). I do not usually write reviews, but this experience really deserve it . I have been with DFW for six months now and they have been brilliant from start to finish, always very professional. They are really trustworthy and honest agents with years of experience, and they managed my expectations to the highest standard as a landlord while keeping me updated at every stage. We had a few issues with tenants, but DFW were fully prepared for the most recent Renter Rights Act bill and handled the whole process calmly and efficiently. Most importantly, at the end of these issues the tenants were still happy, with clear discussion and an agreement that met their requirements, thanks to DFW using their experience to find a fair solution. DFW are clearly very knowledgeable and up to date with the latest legislation, which gave me a lot of confidence throughout. Their priority was clearly to keep both parties happy and protect the relationship. Their support has been outstanding, and their fully managed service is excellent value and truly hassle free. I highly recommend DFW as an estate agent and will happily continue using their services.

Like many house moves, ours wasn't without its challenges, and there were several bumps in the road along the way. Throughout the entire process, the team were professional, responsive, reassuring and proactive. They kept us updated, chased where needed, and helped guide us through some quite stressful situations. In all honesty, we often found ourselves hearing more from them than from the estate agent handling the sale of our own property.
