From the beginning, they brilliantly appraised the market, refraining from giving false promises - a practice I unfortunately encountered elsewhere, with agents inflating the appraisal value just to secure my sale. Ross approached the valuation with a level of honesty and expertise that was both refreshing and reassuring. Ross, Mitch and Daniel marketed our home exceptionally well, highlighting its best features and portraying it in a manner that truly represented its worth. The in-depth understanding, they have of the market, coupled with a strategic approach to selling, reassured me that I had chosen the right team to represent my interests. What really set them apart, however, was their relentless support throughout the entire process. Their commitment to transparency meant that I was never left wondering what was happening, Ross always keeping me informed with timely updates and fostering a relationship built on trust and reliability. At times when the process started to slow down Ross was always at the other end of the line, advocating tirelessly on my behalf to ensure a smooth progression at every stage. Ross was a calming presence, offering reassurance during the typical hurdles that tend to drag out the process, always ready to allay my concerns when I became a bit neurotic due to the slower pace of the solicitors. Ross, Mitch and Daniel, their friendly and approachable manner was a breath of fresh air, providing a sense of ease in what could have easily become a very stressful endeavour. They not only represented my home; they represented me, with a level of service that went above and beyond. Restored my faith in Estate Agents David Conway had their work cut out as we had been let down by a well known online Estate agents. We had paid upfront and got very few viewings. Although it was a long ordeal getting to completion he was regularly in touch with me to get updates on the vendor's behalf, but never demanding. If I was selling, I'd definitely consider D&C.
