Really impressed with shaquil at collins sarwar .. such a peace at mind knowing that my properties are well maintained and looked after couldnt recommend shaquil enough !!!!!

Where do I start! The experience of finding a rental room through Collins Sarwar has been completely unmatched. The team, Jamie, Hamza, Nicole and Shaquil have been excellent with managing the property I was in. I’d never rented before, so I really had no idea where to start as a young person but the process was made so easy and the team answered all the questions I had very quick over email and were so patient with me. My experience living in a property managed by them was great, appropriate maintenance checks were always on time and the security, safety and cleanliness of the property was always a priority, and there was always a decent period of notice before any room inspections were done. Overall, I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a very simple and affordable easy way to rent, you’d be in the hands of an amazing team too and I am so grateful to have had such a great experience.

Collins Sarwar Estates manage my portfolio of properties in Harrow. I have found them to be professional and very knowledgeable about the local market. They found me professional working tenants who have paid the rent on time every month, if any maintenance issues have occurred they were dealt with in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a managing agent.
