I’ve been working with this agency for over 8 years, and I can honestly say they’ve always provided excellent service. Whenever I’ve had any issues or questions, Nicole has been there to help without fail. She’s professional, friendly, and truly dedicated to her work, always ready to go the extra mile. Ever since she started visiting us, she’s always been kind, respectful, and very understanding. She even takes her shoes off at the door without being asked, a small gesture that shows how considerate she is. If you ever need assistance, just ask for Nicole; she’s the first to pick up the phone and often the last to leave the office. It’s a pleasure working with someone so reliable and committed!

I'm very disappointed by the service given to me by Jamie. Initially the property viewing was arranged for 1st October at 4:45pm. I was called the day before and told they can't do the viewing and arranged it for Monday the 6th at 5pm. I was called by the office on Monday after lunch to say that the current tenant will only move out mid November I told them I'm still interested. They reconfirmed the viewing at 5pm. Went for the viewing and expressed my interest to get the ball rolling. Jamie said he will write to me the next day. I then looked up the property while I was outside the property to send it to my mom. It was no longer on their website. I checked zoopla and Rightmove the property was nowhere to be found. Sent them a mail about an hour later asking why it's not showing up anymore. I got no response. The next day I sent an email responding to the feedback they wanted and mentioned again on another email I am interested in proceeding. No one replied or called. I called the office 3 times saying I'm interested in the property and don't want to lose it. Finally Jamie called me back and I said I want to proceed. He said he will email me, there was no sense of urgency in him and I felt he was delaying it for some reason! He never mailed me after the call as he promised! This morning I called the agent and wanted to speak to someone in lettings and explained that I feel the agency doesn't want me to have the property and Ethan whom I spoke to for the first time today and was way more enthusiastic in his approach and tone told me the property is gone ! Jamie wasted my time not just on the day because the office clearly knew it was off the market to take it off their website - Jamie wasted another day without coming clean ! I left work early for no reason! Very unprofessional work ethic by Jamie.
