GoogleVery professional team. Every query I had as a vendor was dealt with quickly and effectively. Alexandra had clearly done her research on my property before she gave me her valuation. I would highly recommend.

GoogleWe lost a house as they don't accept credit cards- we rung 10 other estate agents in harrogate which all did accept them. On discovering this the staff were then not helpful in finding a solution. Think w h brown need to look at their policies in a market like it is today.

GoogleArranged the viewing of the home, no one from agency bothered to come or even call to cancel it. The viewing was rearrenged two days after and the same, no one even called to cancel it, just didn't show up.
