I have rented a property through Linley & Simpson for 18 months but vacating after buying a new house. I work for a national housing provider and worked in the housing sector for a number of years so dreaded renting even though it was only for a short period. The whole team have proven that my initial concerns, and perceptions were unnecessary. They have been fantastic all the way through the process, fully informative, professional and helpful with a special thanks to Corey who has responded to queries and been professional in his whole approach. The property has been to a decent standard, well priced and would recommend Linleys if you’re looking to rent a home.

Really helpful and friendly staff

I’ve been renting with Linely and Simpson via the Headingley branch for the last 4 years, all staff have been so incredibly helpful! During my time at my current flat I’ve been through two changes of joint tenant, each time the helpful staff talked me through everything and made the process as stress free as possible. Any issues / repairs have always been dealt with quickly, and visits / inspections have been hassle free. I’d highly recommend this branch. Special mention to Rebecca Colley who has been helping me recently with my move, nothing is too much trouble for her and she’s been so friendly and helpful.
