Rebecca managed the process from first point of contact to resolution and I couldn't be happier with the way she dealt with the situation. Having just started viewing properties for a rental, the process couldn't have been smoother with Linley & Simpson. Scott showed me around the property, the tenants were in there which made it difficult however he was thorough & gave me all the information I needed. He knew the property inside out and gave me all the detail surrounding renting and the process. Super friendly and knew his stuff!

I had Kirk show me around the daisy spring works apartment. He was dealt a bad hand with the tenant only telling him moments before the tour. Instead of cancelling he took me to a similar apartment. He was very good at addressing concerns and questions and was very good with showing me the whole building and where the apartment I would be renting was situated.
We are really pleased that Kirk managed to find you something else to view after the tenant refused access, thanks for taking the time for the review!

If I could give less than one star I would . It has been my misfortune to rent through Linley Simpson horsforth twice . They knowingly left myself and 4 children without any form of heating for 8 months . Then at the end of our tenancy refused to return my deposit claiming damage beyond fair wear tear due to it being damp . In my second property they claimed I couldn’t dispute an unfair claim for non existent damage that they invented based on spurious reasons because I didn’t reply their email in time . Absolutely disgraceful untrustworthy and unprofessional

We have been dealing with Lindley & Simpson for a few years now as a contractor, their attitude to work is first class. I have recently been dealing with Hayley and Rachel quite a bit recently and they have been very quick to respond and resolve my issues.
