Amina was incredibly helpful and friendly, I was unsuccessful on my first flat application but she went and found me three other alternatives which I loved and now I’ve been able to move forward with a move in on a flat that I love. Wouldn’t have found any of these flats either without Aminas help, she was mint!

GoogleUnprofessional and rude. Wouldn't recommend to anybody. Carpets not fitted properly, cracked tiles all over the kitchen floor, terrible damp within the bathroom and every room containing mould. After raising this with the Harrogate branch I was told "You get what you pay for". After paying 12 months in advance, this is NOT what we paid for. A compromise was eventually met, but not without a struggle, poor communication from company on a whole, poor people skills from senior members of staff. An elderly lady (grand mother) asking whom the electric supplier is for our property was met with the response "The national grid, do you think we'd leave it without electric?" is not acceptable. I was not impressed when I heard that and wont be using them ever again. There is no need to be rude to people, no matter how important you think you are. Overall it has been a terribly stressful experience, with no recompense for it. 0/5 stars.

She was extremely knowledgeable and she not only arranged suitable viewings but also assisted me with documentation afterwards! Mark Clayton, Out of Office Viewer for the same company, showed me around each flat with an easy cheerfulness that put me at ease. He was punctual and well informed about each property and of the surrounding area. I have rented house managed by linley and simpson for 7 years. Rent was paid every single month with no delay. Maintenance of the property was horrible. They left me without oven for month. Someone from their useless Maintenance team advised me to use microwave to cook for my kids. After that they left me without shower for month again, in the middle of the summer, July and August. Seven months one of the garden lights was hanging just on the wires, threatening to fell on my, or on my kids heads. Two years they did nothing about the damp. Now I'm fighting with them and with the greedy landlord for my deposit. I have opened dispute with TDS, they didn't respond. Hopefully in the end I will get my money back.SO IF IT IS POSSIBLE, PLEASE AVOID THIS AGENCY.
