GoogleThe lettings maintenance team do not listen to concerns or investigate complaints. They offer very poor customer service and support which has proven to be extremely costly. They do not follow direct instructions or value the client's opinion. It is disappointing as the sales team offer great service.

GoogleFSS have been excellent to deal with, over the past few years. They communicated regularly with us about our tenants for over 2 years, and our impending house sale now is going through as smoothly as possible, even with setbacks. They are professional and caring and have held our hand, when needed, throughout the whole process. From the very first meeting in Oct 2014, which was an initial consultation, long before we even rented our property, they were happy to spend the time to come and see us and offer their advice. A service which another local agency thought too much trouble at the time, as we were still considering our move away, to bother keeping their appointment with us. Mike Lennon, their residential lettings manager, came to see us that day, and was so knowledgeable and helped us a lot with our decision to let the house through FSS in Jan 2016. We are now proceeding with a successful sale using FSS and I can't recommend them highly enough. From the letting department to the sales people, they really are a Team of dedicated and knowledgeable staff. They work together so well, I'm always confident to get a reply from them as soon as possible, considering the 7 hour time difference, it's been wonderful. Thank you, you know who you are!

GoogleOverall they are a good agency to deal with, special in the maintenance department as they always replying to you with updates and they are very professional. April Mountain from the maintenance department is a great agent and a good help when you have a problem with your house. Saloui very sorry you feel that you have been hard done by, but the reason you have been charged money is due to the condition of the property after you left in comparison to when you arrived. I will happily go through the inventory with you and review the before and after photographs. Alternatively you have the right to go to the TDS or property ombudsman if you really do feel you have been unfairly dealt with.

GoogleFSS carried out two valuations for us that we required for our investors. Found them to be very thorough, gave a prompt service and provided a comprehensive report. They were also very reasonably priced compared to some agents we approached!

GoogleOur experiences with FSS have been very positive. From booking a viewing to collecting the keys, requesting maintenance, signing contracts etc there has rarely been an issue. I would confidently say that FSS have significantly contributed to how much we have enjoyed living in Harrogate over the past three years; as our dealings with them have been very straightforward.

GoogleOvertly unpleasant people masquerading as professionals. Unreasonable and unwaranted communication verging on harassment and deliberate attempts to keep the full deposit despite a spotless handover. Avoid renting from these victorian hangovers.
