I have been letting my flats through Lajla in the Carter Jonas St Kensington office. Lajla is lovely and very professional. She always goes the extra mile and even writes back to me on the weekends and at night. Lajla always looks after her tenants and her landlords. She’s my “go-to” agent.

Issues have been promptly resolved, and I never feel like they're avoiding us or fobbing us off (which I've found to be a problem with certain other similar companies). Probably the most stress free move i've ever had. Kate was extremely friendly and insightful at my viewing, answering any questions I had. The process of putting an offer in, having it accepted and then to the move in date was seamless. Kate and Ana were really responsive throughout the process and I felt they had my best interest in mind to ensure this was the case.

Pretty disappointing overall.

Pretty disappointing overall.Our agent didn't particularly negotiate on our behalf and it felt like he was trying to please our buyers rather than do a good job for us. We didn't hear anything from him for 3 months after we accepted an offer, yet our seller's estate agent was in touch with us every few weeks to make sure things were on track. I eventually called our agent at the point of our purchase/sale almost falling through. He was oblivious to any problems we were having, hadn't been in touch with the chain or our solicitor or us. Over all it felt like paying for an online listing that we could have done easily ourselves. A significant amount of money for very little return. Go with an online agent and save yourself many thousands of pounds.

Complexity overcome by efficiency

We first experienced Carter Jonas when my wife and I were very keen to purchase a bungalow they were advertising in our village . So we commissioned them to sell our house as a condition of a double transaction. As a result, the complications were immense, but their partner Fred, plus all their supporting staff performed wonders in terms of the necessary 4 way communication process and both transactions were successfully completed within an acceptable time frame. Not easy when two of the individuals involved lived in Scotland and Paris !

Not happy at all been with them 5 years all visits don't leave you alone photos every year frightened to death you put any thing out of place don't feel like home necmver has done and to top it all off 200 pound bill to remove paint and a couple of fairy lights what the wouldn't recommend them at all disgusting never have I had deductions in 8 moves in mexborough got deposit back straight away no worries wish I hadn't painted kitchen and cleaned up now to loose 200 pound

I don’t know were to start this is the worse company I have ever dealt with they stuffed me into a property that wasn’t habitable Tommy and his staff were horrendous they said they was managing the rental property then changed there minds the landlords said the company was managing it but cárter Jonás then said they landlord was managing it there were loads off jobs not Finnish my 6 months was hell never never will I use this company the also talk down to you as if they are better than you please please be aware most off there reviews are fake it’s not surprising the got shut down there are a desgrace
