GoogleSelling/buying houses can be an extremely stressful undertaking, however working with Alison and Amy took so much of the potential stress out of the process. They kept us completely informed and updated, speedily dealt with issues arising and made us feel completely confident that they always looked out for our best interests. Cheerful, charming and with a great sense of humour which is a huge asset in this highly charged situation, it was a pleasure to deal with them and we can without reserve highly recommend dealing with Carter Jonas, Harrogate Mr & Mrs. S. GoogleFrom the moment my husband and I walked into Carter Jonas in Harrogate we have found them to be pleasant, friendly, helpful and very professional. We have just purchased a property with them in 3 weeks from viewing to completion! This is what we were promised and they delivered exactly that. Anne who we dealt with has been particularly helpful and although the sale is complete, she has been very happy to answer questions and give advice and help on several issues. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleIt is very difficult to restrict the number of superlatives or star rating about James Spencer, who runs the team at Harrogate. We had stressful sales - and today - a purchase through him - and so we have seen him "from both sides". He is not only the complete 6 star professional, but also counsellor, care worker, friend.. needless to say, other estate agents are available - but he is definitely a go to guy!
