Belvoir Harrogate are a family run business established by Bill Smith in 1994 and then joined by his son Barrie in 2003. Regarded as one of the towns leading letting agents specialising solely in residential lettings we have over forty years experience within our team, so whether you're looking to let out a property or rent one in Harrogate, Knaresborough and the surrounding villages we're here to help. In particular we recognise the importance of providing a personalised service and this has proved successful over the years as many of our tenants have in fact used our services when they themselves have become Landlords. GoogleProactive and professional. Barrie and his team are a dream to work with. As a landlord with several properties in the portfolio, it is vital to find local agents who understand how to find and look after good tenants, and to react promptly to issues. I'm happy to report that Belvoir is one of the good ones. Provided the service levels remain the same, I'll be putting more properties through them.

GoogleOur experience moving to Harrogate has been nothing short of brilliant thanks to Kevin at Belvoir. Given the current situation, Kevin was able to provide a virtual tour of the flat and to arrange a viewing when restrictions allowed it. The move in process was made very easy and we were provided with all of the relevant information that we would need for a successful move in.

GoogleBelvoir have managed my house in Harrogate for almost 17 years. They have been very efficient and ensured that the condition of the house has been maintained at a very high level. Their staff are always very accommodating in going the extra mile to ensure that we are kept up to date with and changes or requirements. I am selling the house otherwise I would not hesitate to continue our long association.

GoogleWe have been landlords with Belvoir Harrogate from when they started quite honestly we have always had a great working relationship with them starting out with bill(Copley’s) and now his son Barrie at the now Belvoir Always found him and all his staff over the years to be very proficient and helpful and this is particularly great for us being overseas landlords,we couldn’t manage without them. Highly recommend.

I hope I will deal with Belvoir soon again
