I recently moved into my first flat alone and belvoir Harrogate were incredibly helpful in assisting me with the process. I was able to easily book viewings and all staff members were incredibly knowledgeable. Laura showed me and my family the property and was very kind and said she’d do her best to ensure I got the place. I was able to sign the papers the next day and move into my flat within a month. They even offered to accommodate my needs to pick up the keys on a weekend. Belvoir always answer the phone promptly and will strive to help where possible. Highly recommend

Belvoir, and especially Gemma, have been amazing! She is extremely efficient and friendly. On moving-in day we were presented with a New Home box which was a lovely surprise, full of biscuits, teabags, and vouchers for useful places (it's also a good place to keep paperwork). There were a few things that needed sorting with the property and these have been dealt with well and promptly. They're real professionals.

Belvoir have been fantastic from start to finish. I approached Barrie to get my apartment rented and he came out and gave me his professional advise very quickly. He then took amazing photos and placed it online. They managed to get the right tenant quickly for me which is amazing. I then dealt with Laura who also has been so thorough in all her work and kept me informed throughout the whole process. If I had any questions or concerns she was always there to answer anytning I was concerned about. I would highly recommend Belvoir Harrogate in dealing with your rental property.

Everyone at Belvoir Harrogate has been a pleasure to work with and cannot fault them on a single thing. Their fully managed rental service has made renting out my apartment incredibly easy and stress-free as they manage everything, whilst also offering the lowest rates in the area for the service. They have handled initial rentals, found new tenants and also fulfilled every tenants need for me so I've been able to be completely hands off. RENTERS AVOID - dealt with a number of patronising, snobbish staff in Harrogate. Always sensed a deep contempt for tennants. I'm sure they're more charming for property owners, over several years in property we did not feel we were treated with respect nor dignity. We left our property cleaner than when we moved in and they charged us from our deposit to have professional cleaners come in, just to clean dust from inside a light fitting we didn't even know we could get inside. Complained, nothing happened. We are now buying a property and in future will avoid anything do with this company. Thank you for teaching us how NOT to treat clients.

I have nothing but praise for everyone at Belvoir Harrogate. Victoria, Laura and Gemma are amazing. From my initial phone call to the office to book a viewing right up to moving in day everything was dealt with in a professional manner. Recently I had some issues at the property where an electrician, and a heating engineer were needed, and Laura and Gemma made sure the issues were resolved promptly. Communication with the team has been excellent. They reply to emails without delay and you always get a friendly voice on the other side of the phone who is happy to help, which is reassuring. I highly recommend Belvoir Harrogate.

My husband I have rented an apartment using Belvior. I would highly recommend. From a renters perspective they were very through with the inspection of the property that we were renting and gave us a detailed inventory with pictures of things that needed attention. Examples of this were scratches on the hardwood flooring, scratches on the paint work. This gave us peace of mind so that when we leave the property we would not be accountable for these things. Everything was itemized so that things were crystal clear. Communication was excellent. If we left a message someone would get back to us quickly, by phone and email. Gemma who is in the office is very friendly, open and efficient. This demonstrated to us how professional the office was run. Victoria and the whole team have been amazing!! I needed to find a suitable new property under very stressful circumstances and quickly!!. From initial viewing to move in process they listened and supported me throughout the whole renting process(which is new to me) Victoria was always on hand and answered my queries and reassured me completely throughout even helping me with completing the application and reference process making sure I had everything I needed to secure my new home. Belvoir which included Barrie and his team went the full mile in dealing with the letting of our property. As we no longer live in the UK we relied on Barrie to take full control of everything to do with the letting from vetting potential clients, upkeep of the property, utility, dealing with any emergencies and servicing. Even considering the time difference Barrie was always available for feedback and replying to emails promptly and let us feel at ease knowing everything was taking care of. Over the past 18 months we have rented our flat through Belvoir. We have recently extended our rental for another 6 months. Again excellent service, cannot fault this company. Any issues we have had have been dealt with promptly. The tradesmen have been punctual clean and tidy. All the necessary servicing of boilers etc has been carried out without having to prompt them. Me and my partner have been renting with belvior for almost 6 months now and can honestly say that it has been an amazing experience. The renting process was made so simple and every step was throughly explained and we felt supported throughout it all. Staff, in particular Gemma went above and beyond to fix any problems we had and even worked extra hours to ensure we were ok. Gemma was also easy very contact which meant problems were solved quickly. The company also has good connections with plumbers, electricians etc which is really helpful as once contacted they come out very quickly. I would recommend belvior to anyone as it is very clear they go above and beyond for their clients

I particularly appreciate the regular inspections on my property which help keep things to a good standard, and give the tenants support living at the property. My letting agent at Belvoir Harrogate, Kevin Hayton, has been absolutely amazing. I have a very tight deadline to move into a rental property, and he and his colleagues at Belvoir Harrogate have gone above and beyond, and out of their way, to address my situation, and ensure I can get in on time. He has always been available, responded quickly over email, and answered all of my queries. Customer service here in general is fantastic. Where I have had to call the office, staff have been understanding, easy to talk to, and listened to my concerns. The application and referencing process is clear, logical, and was completed rapidly.
