Belvoir Harrogate are a family run business established by Bill Smith in 1994 and then joined by his son Barrie in 2003. FacebookI have let out my property with Belvoir for nearly 4 years and they are always friendly and honest. They find me tenants quickly and offer a great service.. They fully manage my flat as I live far away and I never have any worries that they can't deal with any issues. Friendly staff and a reliable service

I found both the principal and the negotiating team to be very professional ,proactive, positive and client orientated All the administration was handled in an efficient but unobtrusive manner with detailed explanation where required In all a first class service I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and certainly intend to use them again myself
