Belvoir Harrogate are a family run business established by Bill Smith in 1994 and then joined by his son Barrie in 2003. Regarded as one of the towns leading letting agents specialising solely in residential lettings we have over forty years experience within our team, so whether you're looking to let out a property or rent one in Harrogate, Knaresborough and the surrounding villages we're here to help. GoogleAbsolutely shocked to find agent had let themselves into my property without seeking or being granted permission. Numerous other issues . Do not recommend.
Emma, sorry to read your comments and I can only apologise for our representative entering the property earlier than arranged for your final move out inspection. I am surprised by your 'numerous other issues' comment as we acted on a tenant find basis for your landlord so once you moved in we have had no involvement during your tenancy, but please feel free to contact me if there is anything specific you would like to discuss. The landlord asked us to carry out the final inspection and provide recommendations which we have done and it is then up to your landlord to decide if they want to carry out these recommendations with regards to your bond.
