Belvoir Harrogate are a family run business established by Bill Smith in 1994 and then joined by his son Barrie in 2003. Regarded as one of the towns leading letting agents specialising solely in residential lettings we have over forty years experience within our team, so whether you're looking to let out a property or rent one in Harrogate, Knaresborough and the surrounding villages we're here to help. GoogleExcellent service from first enquiring about a property right through to present. Very attentive and any queries answered promptly. Nice that they checked in after a few days in the property to see how we were settling in too. Would highly recommend Belvoir as a letting agent.

FacebookA very professional team who because their only business is rental are able to select tenants properly, administer the financial side of a property accurately and above all do it with a friendly demeanour. Many agents in Harrogate promise to do all these things, but in my experience as a landlord only Belvoir deliver consistently 100% of the time. Can recommend unreservedly.

GoogleBelvoir are a really accommodating letting agency, after 3+ years with them I’ve never had an issue that they haven’t been able to sort out rapidly. They are very flexible with sending people out to resolve any problems or just for routine safety inspections. Their friendly staff are always approachable. I couldn’t hope for a better letting agency.

Direct reviewsI had to rent a property within few days and that was made possible by the wonderful staff (esp Gemma) at Harrogate Belvoir despite lockdown restrictions, heavy snow etc. I got the same level of continued services from the agent even months after my move. I???m pleased with the services I received/ receiving.

GoogleI too had a bad experience with a previous agency, I guess that is what happens when you move somewhere for the first time. But my second letting experience with Belvoir was quite reassuring and positive. No only they keep in touch with you and there are no delays in communication but also the will give you plenty of time to get familiar with all the documents and procedures.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
