FacebookAlways thought Ashtons was the best of Estate agents !! As have been with a few .. but their choice of landlord is not acceptable, they should only take on properties that are fully checked and have EICR certificates ???? Well I can assure you mine has not !! It was all done privately by the landlord and his friends !! After having electricians around to fix the completely live back splash in the kitchen and the metal light switches around the house !! And the bare wires hanging out of an old socket in my 8 year olds bedroom AND the normal extension cable drilled through the ceiling of the BATHROOM!! you question what checks where Put in place if any ?? Now all I ask is him to fix a dishwasher with nothing for 3 months !!!!! Ashtons has gone right to the bottom for me I have never had this level of non existent response and failure to do anything about anything!!!!!
