Hi Maria,We’ve had a look in to your records and we can see that unfortunately your property fell through due to existing residents retracting their notice. Unfortunately, this does occasionally happen and we are sorry you have had this experience. We can reassure you that the service is therefore not ‘fake’, and this was something that we couldn't foresee happening. We can appreciate that it must have been disappointing at such an exciting time. To confirm, you are on the waiting list for your desired site, so as soon as another property is available you will be notified. Our Head of BTR has also tried to get hold of you since receiving your review. If you would like to discuss this further, then please feel free to give him a call back.
