GoogleA massive thank you to Callum and Gabriel for their help with finding a property! Callum was really professional and went above and beyond to get everything sorted out! He was always available to discuss anything we needed. It was so refreshing to hear “we cannot discriminate against pets” as it’s really challenging to find pet-friendly accommodation. I was so happy with Haart’s approach to pets. Most importantly, Callum was just really friendly and easygoing, which is a huge bonus as many property agents can be quite difficult!

GoogleAfter you rent a property through Haart, their customer service seems to end there. In our experience, they showed very little interest in supporting tenants once the tenancy had started. We have had a particularly poor experience with the property management team. Communication was disappointing, issues were not handled effectively, and overall the service fell well below our expectations. Based on our experience, we would not recommend Haart Harlow to others.

GoogleI recently rented a property through Haart Agency and had an exceptional experience, thanks to Gabriel Farmer. Gabriel was incredibly professional, supportive, and kind-hearted throughout the process. He guided us through each step, never leaving us to figure things out on our own. From the very beginning to the final details, Gabriel was in constant contact, ensuring we were informed and comfortable. I've interacted with other agencies and their agents before, but Gabriel’s level of professionalism and care stands out. GoogleCassie came to give us a house valuation. She was very nice, personable and knowledgeable. She had done her homework and had many years experience. She wasn’t pushy, didn’t overvalue just to get the sale and did not overstay her welcome. We haven’t put the property on the market yet and have not been bombarded by Haart. The entire experience was a positive one.
