I recently had the pleasure of working with Haart while searching for a home to rent in the Bishop's Stortford area, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. Araminta from Haart, went above and beyond to suggest and arrange a visit to a property that was still being redecorated and not yet on the market. This extra effort allowed me to get a first look at a potential home before anyone else. Araminta was very accommodating, even arranging a second visit with a very short notice, to ensure I had all the information I needed to make a decision. She was always very helpful and polite, providing detailed information about the area, including local amenities and modes of transport. As someone not from the area, I found her knowledge particularly useful and reassuring. Her professionalism and dedication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We initially had a few different viewings with Alex, who was knowledgeable, reliable and allowed us to move at our own pace, which we are both so thankful for. A special shout out to Callum (Callum Sheekey). The whole process of me renting my place in Harlow was long, stressful, and tedious. Even worse, the agent who was following my case left the company. But I am really thankful to have Callum taken over my case. He was responsive, took my case very seriously, and had tried his best to speed up my case. While I was panicking, he kept reassuring me that we would get there (which we did!). Finally met him last Friday. He was a young and passionate agent.
