Shawn and everyone at Haart from day one have been a pleasure to work with and have all worked tirelessly to ensure we achieved our objectives. GoogleBeing a first-time buyer, I did not anticipate the amount of stress one goes through at each stage of the application process, fortunately getting my application done by Haart after few failed attempts with other estate agents has made the transition process much more smoother than my expectations. The staff are very professional, friendly and they have given me prompt and regular updates with regards to the progression of my application at each stage. I would highly recommend purchasing a property through Haart

GoogleMost of my dealings were with Cassie and Kristine, but I spoke with a number of their colleagues during my house sale and purchase. Every time, I received a friendly, professional and personal level of customer service. The entire team were incredibly helpful, especially when we hit a few snags with gaining information from the local council. Cassie, and later, Kristine, kept me up to date at each step of the sale and purchase process and answered any questions promptly, I never had to chase them for anything. Even during a global pandemic every part of my interactions with the company were made easy and smooth by them both. I am extremely glad I chose to sell with Haart. Thank you

They not only sold my house for the price I wanted but listened to my concerns and anxieties and kept me positive when things fell through. Their advice and suggestions were invaluable and made a process that I found difficult much more manageable. I felt safe in their hands. In fact all the team were fabulous

GoogleWhat a shambles this company is. We had such great service from the sales side of the team but the Lettings and property management are atrocious. We have had no end of trouble with them, from instructing cowboy workmen to fix issues our tenant raised...and then expecting us to pay for the shoddy work, to denying phone calls happened when they stated all calls are recorded, and to purposely not contacting you towards the end of the contract term so you get hit with large bills which could be avoided. Please please please stay away from this company at all costs. They cannot be trusted.
