GoogleThe smartly dressed Mr Shawn Meakins arrived on time and first impressions were that he exuded confidence and knew the business. He introduced himself and described how Haart operated, after which he inspected and measured all the rooms, garden and garage. Finally he quoted the estimated sale price at current prices and the reasons for his assessment. Although we only needed a valuation as we are not selling at present Mr Meakins gave a good impression of how Haart would do when we do come to sell and is a good advert for the company.

GoogleMy valuation was conducted by Christopher Clarke who was a consummate professional from beginning to end. Not only was he friendly and knowledgeable, he was honest about the steps required for me to prepare my house for sale, aswell as being honest about the landscape of the current housing market. I didn't feel as though I was being sold an unobtainable dream. By the end of a very thorough valuation I felt as though choosing Haart meant I would be supported by a whole team of professionals at every stage of the process; from pre to post sale. Based on my experience with Christopher, I would certainly recommend people consult with Haart for all matters to do with moving home.

GoogleThe viewing was not efficient as the individual didn’t have many answers to my questions which I feel was basic knowledge/info on the property and should have been known prior to taking a viewing, also not the warmest of characters but nevertheless, they were professional. Kristine who took over after an offer was in was super helpful, gave me regular updates, chased both mine and my sellers solicitors and was very welcoming and supportive which gave me comfort, particularly as a first time buyer.

GoogleI started the process of purchasing my first home 2 years ago. I was assisted by Cassie who was amazing, purchasing the home was not easy but Cassie kept me informed regularly. Cassie was constantly putting pressure on the developers in order to allow me to move into the property. Cassie assisted me when I wanted to pull out of the sale of one property and helped me find my lovely home. Thank you Cassie for all your help and support with this very long house purchase (24 months). I would highly recommend Cassie.

Right from my very first telephone call I found Robert Hume to be very professional and very prompt in answering any questions pertaining to the property and booked a viewing that matched my availability. On the day of the viewing communication was very clear and Robert met us at the property at the agreed time, we are now contemplating putting an offer in for this property, we have been impressed every step of the way so far
