After the disappointment of losing our initial buyer, Cassie's team kept us updated weekly during a difficult time in the housing market. Fortunately, they found us another buyer over the Christmas period, and we completed on the 24th May 2023. We cannot fault one thing with the Harlow branch. They were happy to take calls, and for us to pop in in for an update at any time. When we were due to exchange contracts, it was Cassie and Kristine that went the extra mile to ensure that all the solicitors were talking to each other, when it didn't seem like it would happen.

He remained friendly and professional throughout the viewing. Knowing that I walked a long way to the flat, he even offered me a drive to Harlow Town train station. He is a really nice guy.
