This is where social media is great to share your experience with others…! I can’t recommend these guys enough from meeting Dan from the beginning to the very end. On dans sales pitch to us we were told what we wanted to hear but feeling apprehensive if this would be delivered. Well it was and more.!!!!!!!! Would 100% recommend Dan, Sara and the team! They have been incredible throughout our sale and purchase. Nothing was ever too much for them and even managed to get our (very slow) solicitors quickly moving in the right direction! With the sale of our property, we had an offer over asking price before the open day was even finished. With our purchase, Dan was so patient and informative showing us around the properties that we liked but in the end found the home of our dreams, where we are able to put the stamp on it that we wanted! From the beginning of our transaction to the bitter end, their communication was fantastic and every effort was put in to ensure we had a good outcome in what was a very turbulent housing market. I’m certain we attained a better price than others would have done, on the basis of the initial valuations and zero pressure to cut prices in a fire sale manner despite a difficult backdrop. Those out of budget were not encouraged to visit, on the basis we wanted to hold firm on our price, which was very important for us in order to preserve my mother’s financial affairs in retirement. Photos much more professional, accessibility to speak to staff, great. Matt listed the property, super fast, super friendly. We did keenly price it so we got a sale quick. Then Claire took over! Wow, this lady is worth her weight in gold. Switched on, delivers what she promised, and got us there in the end (another agent wasn’t being transparent !) F&C are transparent, hard working, no empty promises and dedicated to their vendors! Don’t waste your time on other agent’s like I did!

Exceptional service from start to finish. The fortune and Coates team stands out massively compared to other estate agents, especially when is comes to communicating with customers. We had the pleasure of dealing with mainly Dan and Sara however met and spoke with a few of the rest of the team also who were all brilliant. Nothing was ever too much, very friendly and overall a pleasure to deal with. Anything we asked we had answers to immediately, we was introduced to Sara and given a WhatsApp chat number for any concerns or if we needed to chase anything and always had our answer the same day! (Which is rare). I hope this business continues to positively grow and expand as it will be well deserved as they all work so hard and although our purchase was lengthy, I’m glad we had supportive estate agents throughout the process.
