From the beginning to a successful end, Jacob Craig and Topsy Taiwo as manager, were always proactive, polite and certainly helpful and consistently informative on the whole process of selling my first home. Not only proactive and informative keeping me updated, but also likewise, with prospective interested buyers at viewings and in follow up with their further queries. Without their support, and in particular, at Jacob's regular and timely visits and viewings, I noted how fully he presented the merits and possibilities of my Home for Sale to prospective clients, and the merits of the area, as I had explained at my initial valuation visit. Always both enthusiastic and positive, and as an offer was accepted, he was always a pleasure to deal with, vitally facilitating the process as an intermediary, for both myself and buyer, and our solicitors, toward the final Completion of my Home Sale. At first we were very pleased with the service and with the flat shown to us. Unfortunately the rental is now in the hands of a property management company that is absolutely unprofessional and offers a very porr service. The flat had many "hiden" flaws and we have had many issues in the last months. Foxton's were completely unavailable to help us left us to deal with the mess: it is "not their problem any more". On top of everything we were also convinced to agree on a long contract that is difficult to terminate early despite all the inconvieniences we have been subjected to.

Scheduled a viewing a week in advance. Leonardo confirmed via email two days before. On the day of, an hour before, I called to confirm the viewing. Upon arrival I waited for twenty minutes, called once more, and was told that the property had already accepted an offer. I took off work and arranged my day to view this property. This is highly unprofessional, especially in a major city when time is more valuable than money.
