GoogleGreat agency. We rented an apartment from this agency for 9 years. The ladies who work there are very nice and helpful. We once had a washing machine break down. One phone call and we had a new one in two days. We really had no reason to complain. We highly recommend it.

GoogleOriginally gave us the wrong address for a property viewing. Paid a holding deposit for a property which was then returned with no reasoning. Ignored my phone calls and texts. We are now homeless and they do not care in the slightest.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
Dear No Name Im sorry for any inconvenience but in case the landlord does not accept documents/references, holding deposit is refunded in full asap. We always advise not to give notice at current address until references are approved. The right address was sent couple of hours before the viewing. Eureka Property

GoogleI strongly advise against it. I have been using their services for over half a year. The agency is highly appreciated by offering poor conditions. Customers are not taken seriously, any faults are downplayed. We waited 2 weeks for the repair of a heater failure in the winter!!! No heating, no hot water!!! When we called to ask how the repair was going, we received a rude answer from the lady saying not to call her. Everything done at the lowest cost. Everything that needed to be done around the house was a problem. You had to ask for everything for weeks. Tragic contact. I don't recommend it. Give a wide berth.
