I was choosing between 4 and 5 stars for this review. Ended up with 5, but I wish there was a higher mark here. Basically nothing went wrong in my engagement with Eureka property. All was good and professional. However, I also didn't feel any "delightful" moments either. Maybe my expectations are too high, but I like when companies delight their customers by doing something special, some extra mile efforts. That I didn't see here, but maybe I shouldn't expect that. All in all, nothing was wrong or bad, so I guess 5 starts are fair. However, I'd recommend the stuff to think about ways to delight your customers, where possible.

4 stars in Google reviews? How is it possible? I will not believe in any of 5-star opinions in here. Especially ones about customer service. Just call and speak with staff member Ania for few minutes... you will see. Bet they are not honest customers comments. Anyone who had to deal with them will agree. This is an agency for people new in London in great need to get something quick for start or ones that can't speak English. Also it is offering poor conditions - just my experience. Don't get fooled.

Adding more context to my review since the team's response isn't factually correct! I had a very bad experience during the viewing - the agent was least interested in answering questions about the property and was busy chatting away with the current tenant instead of answering my queries. I asked if the landlord was going to furnish the apartment (since the existing furniture belonged to the tenant) and she never gave a proper answer during the viewing - she said maybe they will, maybe they won't. I tried calling the agent multiple times after the viewing to confirm this (before 5pm as well) so that I could pay the holding deposit but she never picked up the call. Anna's replies over email were also very curt and rude. I have used more than 5 different real estate agents in London and I can safely say this was the most unpleasant experience I've had!

Yes I want to record a very positive experience with Eureka. I've been with them for a number of years and for most of that time it's been rather quiet. But recently a lot of work needed to be done and I have to say that they have been professional, approachable, responsive and reassuring. They have also been accurate in their understanding of the market. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them I think they are fair to all sides. Very good and thank you Eureka.

The service I've receive from Eureka Property is absolutely wonderful. They're a well-run business that is polite and approachable. The customer service people were attentive and were very thorough in their checks and improvements. My husband and I had the pleasure of using the services of “Eureka Property Ltd” After first consultation with Agnieszka followed by meeting with mortgage adviser we started the process of buying our first property. After six months we made an offer. Our offer was accepted and we were able to finalise and process all paperwork. Three months later we collected keys to our new home. Terrible service!!! I received an e-mail with an apartment at a different address than it actually was. It was impossible to explain it because I was immediately looked down upon and they almost hung up the phone when I wanted to prove that I was right. Complete lack of professionalism, competence and respect for the client!!! Of course, I will file a complaint by e-mail, although I doubt it will help 😉

Eureka have been extremely helpful and processed tenancy request so quickly that I was able to collect the keys within a week of viewing the property. They have also been very responsive to queries and when I needed something moved they sent out a maintenance man within an hour who sorted the problem and helped me with my meter.
