Hi Zoltan, we are really disappointed to hear you have felt dissatisfied with the service you have received from us. As you are aware you have left the property in a disastrous condition with broken window, damaged furniture, damaged walls and doors, floors covered in soil and full of rubbish. The refurbishment of the property has most significantly exceeded your deposit in the amount of Β£675. If you would like to further discuss the matter and see the specification of damages with photographs please contact our office.
