Excellent after service

We have been renting through Dexters and have found the whole experience to be a really positive one. Sometimes agencies can be great for the initial deal and drop off, but we have had the opposite experience. We have been really impressed by the management service provided by Dexters. In particular, property manager Khalisha has been exceptional; really going above and beyond to be as helpful as possible. 5 stars!

Rented a nice flat from CJ Delemere a year and half ago. Really nice and helpful staff, quick response. They fully managed our flat and are always there to help. We had a bit of a problem with our upstairs neighbour at the beginning, their manager Aydan had been so helpful. He did all can to help resolve the issues for us so that we could enjoy our flat. The CJ Delemere team are friendly and professional. We’ve been renting through them for a couple of years now and have had a good experience with their help while finding a flat, moving in and living in our rented flats so far. Signing, inventory and deposit are all handled the right way. Posted a review about this company but it was not accepted and so, I shall post the same review again. Absolutely awful experience and unfortunate that one star is the lowest star that you can give. First photographer used by Dexters was an absolute amateur - slow to issue photographs to be agreed which were all subsequently binned.Floorplan incorrect also. Second photographer was better but then waited ages for the photographs to come through. Spent yesterday all day agreeing photographs to be used and those to be rejected, hard copy brochure to be agreed with Dexters to launch online also.Dexters then just totally ignored with a fifth of the agreed photographs missing online and a third of those photographs rejected included online.Floorplan also incorrect still. Rang the office three times but no one answered the phones in the branch dealing with our sale. Slow service and extremely unprofessional. Never known such a poor Estate Agents. Truly truly dreadful
