So far our experience of renting through Dexters has been straightforward and relatively easy. Zendeca from the Battersea branch went above and beyond to get us a viewing of our perfect property, despite it being her day off and viewings having already been completed. She worked hard to get to know us so we could make the best offer to the landlords, and was responsive and kept us updated throughout the whole process. Zendeca was also understanding of our requirements and requests, and arranged some flexibility for us where possible. We love our flat and we're very grateful to Zendeca and the Dexters Battersea team for making it possible.

I can’t recommend Dexter’s Muswell Hill enough; I’m now in my newly rented flat and Luke at Dexters was instrument in making this happen! The experience end-2-end, from enquiry to getting the keys, stood out from the myriad of other agents I had spoken to. Luke both recommended the property I ended up going for (something I wasn’t expecting to happen in this highly digitised ‘self-serve’ age), and then helped me through all the paperwork until I finally collected the keys a few days ago. This included many of my requests such as check-in times to suit my moving schedule and contract negotiation. Also Luke was very responsive to my emails and calls, never radio silent, which stood out. Altogether, the property and service offered by Dexter’s was a cut-above everything else I found out there. A friend has been waiting three weeks for central heating to be restored. His wife is nursing a four month old in a freezing flat. Worst estate agency

Worst estate agency, was a nightmare living in 121A Darwin Road. No sound proof, creaky floors, history of neighbours fighting bcoz of it. Being let out inspite of all this. Property Manager never replies back to emails. No action taken even after 9 months. Boiler was broken from almost a month and lived without heating or hot water. Finally gave up and moved out. Not a word of apology from them, they are chasing now regarding contract.
