Petros was outstanding in customer care, I email or call him for any issue with regards to my apartment, and he would always handle it with best care. I would say agents like Petros are an asset to the Dexter. I wish Petros good luck in all future endeavours.

Really great experience. When we asked for approval to upgrade some kitchen appliances, our account manager Neil went out of his way to talk to the landlord, not only obtaining approval but also a split cost agreement and managing to find the same appliances at a cheaper discounted price. Thanks!

We dealt with Zen from the Battersea branch when we managed to lock ourselves out of the house (!) the other evening. We called the branch immediately, Zen was the only person left in the office and was just about to leave for the day, but she kindly stayed and waited for us to get there so we could pick up a spare set of keys. GoogleI've had a really good experience arranging my tenancy with this company. Sid was my agent and right from the start he was very polite, professional, helpful and supportive. At the viewing he encouraged me to ask any questions I had and take photos of the property. Once I decided to proceed, he guided me through every step of the way, with emails and phone calls, and always responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had. Sid also helped with the external referencing agency when there were delays on their part. Altogether a very positive start and I hope our good relationship continues once I move in to the property.

GoogleBeen with these guys for 2.5years. They’ve always been efficient and professional. Even negotiating new tenancy agreements for me when my circumstances changed. Calum has been exemplary in helping us find somewhere to live, he’s working with us to find the right space in the right place. He’s arranged and scheduled viewings for my current property in a really reasonable and fair way to minimum disruption to my life. Cracking letting agent, I couldn’t recommend him highly enough and he’s obviously dedicated to great customer experience.

Things are run smoothly, rents paid on time and they have found good, solid tenants that stay for long leases. The tenants seem happy and well looked after as well as the properties.
