I had a very positive experience with the Bracewells throughout the time I was renting my flat. From the very beginning, the process was smooth and efficient - reference checks and all the necessary paperwork were handled quickly and with clear communication. Throughout my tenancy, the team was always hands-on and extremely helpful. They were responsive and supportive whenever any issues arose, whether it was an emergency or a minor repair. They connected me with reliable and professional tradespeople, including a great handyman and gas/heating engineer, which made a huge difference. One particular instance that stood out was when I had an issue with noise disturbances outside the property. The agency took it seriously - they made the effort to speak with the source of the noise and even contacted the local council on my behalf to seek a resolution. That level of involvement and care meant a lot. Overall, they were patient, supportive, and consistently professional. I truly appreciated their help and would gladly recommend them to others.

My wife and I recently worked with Miriam and Richard at Bracewells to find a flat in Crouch End. We had seen an apartment we might be interested in on their website, so I phoned to ask about that or any other rental properties available in the area. I had a really nice conversation with Miriam over the phone and she was able to arrange for some same-day viewings. We fell in love with one the flats, made an offer that day, and Miriam and Richard both worked incredibly fast to secure an tenancy agreement with the landlord. As we were newly arrived in London from the United States and were fairly overwhelmed by the intensity of the London apartment search process, Bracewells was a pleasant surprise in an otherwise very stressful process. Everyone at Bracewells was incredibly kind and helpful, and walked us through each step of the process. We had worked with a few other London letting agencies and Bracewells was far and away the best.
