I had some issues with bathroom wall sealant and plaster of ceiling. Hill sent Graham to repair the problem. Graham did such a wonderful job. It took some many steps before the completion. The bathroom celling and the wall edges look so beautiful with complete new sealant and plastering. I am so grateful to Graham's professional work and attitude. Thank you again for the hard work..

We had Peter miller attend our property last week to repair a leaky shower tray. He was very polite upon first greeting he took his shoes off at the door and introduced him self. He was on time. He then looked at the issue and straight away figured out the issue and got to work. He managed to do the whole job without waking up our baby so extra points there! He completed the job to a great standard and was very polite the whole time. He provided us with great aftercare information and was very helpful when I asked questions. He ensured I was happy with the work before leaving and was sure to check I was pleased with the job! Lovley guy and a credit to Hill partnerships. Thank you for your great service

Fantastic after sales service. The team genuinely cares about doing their job properly and pride themselves with the after sale service they provide. When underfloor heating was not working, they provided electric heaters while getting onboard plumber, electrician and eventually sorting it out. I commend particularly the attention of Darrell and Lynsey.

In June 2022, we moved into our home in Sawston and were initially pleased with the level of customer service provided by HILL. However, I regret to say that my experience this time warrants a 1-star rating due to the concerning lack of responsiveness from the customer service team.Since January of this year, we've been grappling with a persistent leakage issue originating from the shower tray in the master bedroom's bathroom. Despite two follow-up services conducted in the subsequent weeks, the problem persists. What's more alarming is the complete absence of response from the customer service manager despite my repeated attempts to seek assistance.Since the end of January, I've sent a total of six emails to the customer service manager, urgently requesting help, yet have received no response. Beyond the unsightly yellowish marks left on the carpet as a result of the leakage, our concern extends to the potential structural implications that may be hidden from plain sight.With the 2-year warranty period offered by HILL rapidly approaching its end, our frustration and helplessness have only intensified due to the lack of acknowledgment and action from the customer service team.In summary, while our initial experience with HILL's customer service was satisfactory, the ongoing ordeal with the unresponsive attitude has greatly diminished our satisfaction and left us feeling deeply disappointed.
