Andy Delaforce and Phil Way Finish have a just finished repairing a leak. The project has been going on for a few months, but finally finished. Every time they came to work on my home, they did so much respect for my house, and pride in the work they were doing. Always finished the work to the highest quality and cleaned up after the work was completed. I'm really pleased with the work, and the Customer Service Hill has offered through out.

I had an appointment with Alan Deadman who waited for me as I was running late after dropping my children off to school. He was kind, chatty and made me feel at ease, which is important to me as I have anxiety around people being in my home. He took the time to explain what he was doing, and showed me the parts that he was changing in my door handles. He finished the work quickly, but it didn't feel that he was rushing the work.

We had Phil & Andy round to do some making good of our walls after we had a different firm in for a planned repair. Both very friendly and professional and were also extremely tidy, wouldn’t have even able to tell they were here! The walls they’ve worked on are spot on and again the areas around the work were clean. They arrived on time as scheduled and were fully prepared to get the job done.

Thank you very much for Simon Cowdrey's good job. This morning he came to repair the hole found on the bedroom ceiling. At first I thought the job is to repaint the hole. However, I saw him having done various steps before he could make the hole disappear and his job was so perfect that the ceiling looks great now. I had some issues with bathroom wall sealant and plaster of ceiling. Hill sent Graham to repair the problem. Graham did such a wonderful job. It took some many steps before the completion. The bathroom celling and the wall edges look so beautiful with complete new sealant and plastering. I am so grateful to Graham's professional work and attitude. Thank you again for the hard work..
