GoogleI have been using Fishers to let my flat for about 4 years. I am pleased with the service they provide. They have always found reliable tenants for me. I have found the staff helpful, keeping me informed when there has been a change in tenants. Overall I am very satisfied with Fishers.

GoogleWe were not informed that our viewing had been cancelled until after arriving at the property, having taken the day off work. When calling to check what was going on the agent was unhelpful, rude, and it transpires, had no right to book the viewing in the first place.

GoogleFriendly good quality & fair advice, focused on getting me what I wanted to live in and at a good price. No hidden charges and definitely upfront and honest service from the agents regards bills and what the landlord is like regards repairs. I will definitely be using them next time!

GoogleThey were alright with repairs, doing them in the a reasonable amount of time, then one day we had a repair and they just seemed to refuse to do it, always making promises but never actually doing it. I'd avoid this company as a letting agent.

GoogleExcellent service. Highly professional. Any issues were dealt with instantly - not that there were any major ones. Staff were very helpful - even when I made a cock-up! If you need quality service and an excellent choice of accommodation I would recommend Fishers.

GoogleRented a flat with them for a year. They responded well to any queries or maintaince that needed doing. Friendly staff when I phoned and went into the office. Easy check out and no hidden charges. Thank you :)

GoogleAs well as not being happy during my tenancy with Fishers, after moving out of their property, they charged me a hidden reference fee when you ask for a reference in a new property, say it's 'policy' and fob you off, ridiculous

GoogleThe rudest, laziest, most useless people I have ever had to deal with. What ever you do, do not rent a property from them, ever, under any circumstances. This will be the first of my weekly review of Fishers.

GoogleTerrible letting agents. Rude, unresponsive to e-mails. Failed to return a reference request when asked to do so. They charge tenants to provide a reference for them.

Dear Kieran I understand this has been left following a deposit dispute. This has been complicated by the property originally being let by a different agent, and management transferred to us. It is disappointing after a long, positive tenancy it has come to this. As you are aware your deposit is protected by DPS, and the matter will be arbitrated by them. Should you wish to discuss this further please email the office.
